An interesting sage with narrow leaves that have a lovely creamy variegation.
Great for culinary use as it has a very fresh flavour with no bitterness.
Add the leaves fresh or dried to sausages, stuffing, herb jelly, oil, vinegar, butter and pork dishes. Infuse the leaves in hot water to make a delicious tea.
Plant in well drained soil in full sun.
