Delivery Information

We are pleased to offer a free delivery service for orders over £50 (excluding gift cards).

Depending on the day of ordering, processing of your order will take between 3 and 6 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday).

Please note that orders are packed and dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. This is to ensure that our live plants are not left in parcel depots over the weekend, where they might become thirsty (especially during the warm summer months).

Orders received after 9am on a Wednesday will not be dispatched until the following week.
Please note that this information can change due to high demand and extreme weather.
For more accurate information on when your order will arrive, please e-mail us at info@culinaryherbco.co.uk with your order number and  we can give you an exact dispatch date.

Orders are sent out via DPD or Royal Mail on a next-day service, and, on the odd occasion, delivery may take 2 working days.

All of our packaging is made from recycled materials and can be recycled after use. Please read more about our packaging here. 

We deliver to all addresses in England, Wales, Scotland, the Scottish islands and Highlands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. We regret that, currently, we are unable to send plants to Northern Ireland.

We do not send plants to international destinations.
