Introduction

The Culinary Herb Company is led by me, Peter Sikora. 

I have always had a passion for gardening and it has been an important part of my life growing up, through drama school and graduation and into my early working life as an actor; as my career path took me into the Home Office and the Metropolitan Police, I was fortunate enough to acquire an allotment in South London. This quickly progressed to growing vegetables and potted herbs. In 2007, I took part in my first London food show at the Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre, where a buyer from Fortnum & Mason bought some of my home-grown produce… and The Culinary Herb Company was born.

In 2017, having outgrown our previous premises in Surrey, we relocated our home and nursery to the beautiful Sussex countryside, and have devoted time to building bespoke potting sheds and extensive greenhouses to host our 250+ varieties of herbs and plants.
