This plant produces an array of single yellow and orange daisy-like flowers, which are high in anti-fungal, antiseptic and anti-bacterial properties. The fragrant petals can be added to omelettes and salads. They also make a good culinary dye or infused to make tea. The dye can be used like saffron to colour rice and roast potatoes. Deadhead the flowers regularly to encourage new flowers to grow. 
Plant in any garden soil that is kept moist in full sun/part shade.
