Also known as Mexican mint and Caribbean thyme. This spreading, highly aromatic succulent has fleshy leaves which are full of flavour. The scent is reminiscent of oregano, spice and tropical fruit. It can be used in a variety of dishes. Add the fresh leaves to soups, meat dishes, stuffing, tomato sauces, pasta, vegetables and pizza.
Plant in well-drained soil in full sun/ part shade. Bring the plant indoors over winter.
