It has been used as a medicinal herb for pain relief and treatment of fever for many years (reputedly having anti-parasitic and digestive properties) Not dissimilar to sage or rosemary, the leaves, flower buds and roots can be used to make teas, washes, tinctures, tonics and herbal tobacco. Plant in moist, well-drained soil in full sun or part shade.
