This is a very strong, fresh tasting mint that contains a high level of mint oil. The flavour is a mix of spearmint and peppermint. It provides a high-intensity, long lasting mint flavour.
Add the fresh leaves to iced drinks, salads, fruit salads, peas and potatoes. It is also great for making mint sauce, mint jelly, mint pulp and mint tea.
Plant in fertile, rich soil in full sun/part shade.
