This variety of mint has a clear, strong menthol taste and is excellent for strong peppermint tea. It is easy to grow and should be cut back regularly during the growing season.
It can also be added to ice cream, sorbets, summer drinks and salads.
Plant in fertile soil in full sun or part shade and keep well watered.
