This unusual looking, highly aromatic variety of mint is similar to spearmint in flavour.
The leaves are bright green, oval and appear very crinkled. The stems are thick, strong and upright.
Bearing a strong flavour, it is good in a wide variety of culinary uses.
Add the fresh leaves to peas, potatoes, mint sauce, mint jelly, cocktails, mint tea, iced drinks or salads.
Plant in fertile, rich soil in full sun/part shade.
