This plant produces domed clusters of tiny greenish-white flowers on tall reddish stems in summer.
All parts of the plant are edible.
Add sparingly to salads, to flavour soups, stews, stocks and savoury dishes.
Plant in fertile, rich, well-drained soil in full sun/part shade.
