This is a highly aromatic variety that produces tall spikes of light blue flowers in summer. Ideal for large hedges or containers. Prune after flowering to keep the plant compact and to avoid it getting woody.The flowers can be crystallised, added to jams, jellies, ice cream and vinegar. The leaves can be used sparingly in salads, marinades, soups and stews. Plant in well-drained soil in full sun.
