This plant is an aromatic, hardy, dwarf evergreen shrub that produces an abundance of long-stalked, cool sulphur yellow, button-like flowers in summer.
Ideal for planting in beds, Mediterranean-style borders, containers and rock gardens.
The leaves can be added to sauces, soups, broths and used to flavour meat and fish dishes.
Cut the foliage back after flowering to keep the plant compact and to stop it from becoming leggy.
Plant in light, well-drained soil in full sun.
