This variety of hyssop is a compact, semi-evergreen, aromatic sub-shrub that produces dark blue flowers from summer into early autumn.
It is ideal for planting in borders or containers.
The leaves and flowers can be added to salads and go well with game, dark meats, soups, stews and stuffing. Use as a companion plant near brassicas to keep away whitefly.
Plant in well-drained soil in full sun.
