This is a dwarf and more compact form of curry plant that produces flat heads of yellow flowers in summer. It is highly aromatic with a scent of sweet curry.
Perfect for borders and containers where the scent will travel for several meters on a hot summers day.
Add sprigs to vegetables, rice dishes and pickles for a mild curry flavour. A small sprig stuffed into the cavity of a roasting chicken makes an interesting variation to tarragon.
Plant in well-drained soil in full sun. Can tolerate some shade.
