Coriander is one of the quickest growing and most popular herbs used today.
Both leaves and seeds are used in a wide range of dishes. Use as a garnish over curries, stews, casseroles, salads, sauces, soups, vegetables and poultry.
Plant in light, fertile, well-drained soil in semi-shade.
Sow seeds in regular three-week intervals for a constant supply of fresh leaves.
Plant or sow seeds (in a greenhouse) in autumn and you should have fresh leaves until Christmas.
