PERENNIAL. Ht 100cm.

This plant is a robust, sometimes invasive, rhizomatous perennial that will grow in most places. It has large leaves and produces clusters of bell-shaped, ïnoddingÍ flowers, on erect stems, in spring/summer. The leaves are used to make a high nitrogen fertilizer and can be added to compost heaps to improve the soil.

Young leaves can be added to salads or herb teas. The plant can also be good for groundcover. Plant in any fertile soil in part shade or full sun.
