This plant produces white globular flowers throughout the summer.
Compared to ordinary chives it has more flatter, grass blade type leaves
Finally chopped leaves of this plant can be added to salads, soft cheeses, noodles, chicken, pork, stir-fries or sprinkled on to grilled meats.
Plant in rich, fertile soil in a fairly sunny position. Do not let the plant dry out.
