This is a large, tall catmint that produces masses of lavender-blue flowers all summer long.
It is a clump forming perennial which is ideal for planting next to paths or the back of borders. The plant releases an intoxicating aroma when brushed past.
Once established the plant can have good drought-tolerance.
The fresh or dried leaves can be used to make a refreshing and therapeutic tea which is high in vitamin C.
Plant in moist, well-drained soil in full sun/ part shade.
