
HARDY EVERGREEN PERENNIAL. Ht 20cm.
This relatively new and unusual variety of thyme has a compact, bush- forming habit. The leaves are highly scented with undertones of sweet rose petals.
Dark pink flowers are produced from late May until late July. The flowers are particularly attractive to bees and butterflies.
Add the leaves of sprigs of the plant to stews, sauces, salads, pork, chicken, roast potatoes and marinades.
Plant in well-drained soil in full sun.
