Our new packaging is more than just a box - it’s a purpose-built system to protect your plants, reduce waste, and enhance every step of the journey. We’ve introduced a custom internal insert system, in the form of a cardboard sleeve that’s uniquely tailored for plant pots. Each one is secured in its own compartment, upright and snug, using tensioned cardboard to hold the base and sides of the pot.
No rattling. No tipping. No squashed leaves. Just happy, healthy herbs arriving in pristine condition! What’s more, each sleeve has cut-out carry handles, so you can lift out the plants without damaging the leaves or getting your fingers muddy. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference. Every plant now travels in style - and safely.

From the “LIVE PLANTS” callouts to the simple, recyclable finish, it’s a box you’ll feel good about receiving - and even better about recycling. But the magic is inside. Each pot is placed into a specially designed cardboard sleeve that holds it firmly in place. These sleeves stop the pots from tipping, moving, or knocking into each other in transit - keeping your plants safer and healthier on their way to you.
Can I send this as a gift?
Definitely. Our new packaging is gift-ready - clean, minimal, and attractive. Your plants will arrive beautifully presented and easy to unbox.
Will my plants be watered before shipping?
Yes - we water your plants just before dispatch to help them stay fresh in transit. The packaging is designed to contain the pots securely, so there’s no mess or movement, even with a little moisture present.
What happens if my plant is damaged in transit?
We’ve designed our new packaging specifically to prevent damage - but if anything does go wrong, just get in touch and we’ll make it right. Our priority is making sure you’re happy with your order.

Yes! Free UK delivery is available on all orders over £50. No code needed - the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
What makes your new plant shipping box different?
Our new plant shipping boxes are purpose-built to keep your plants in perfect condition during transit. With reinforced walls and custom inserts, each pot is securely held in place - helping prevent damage during transit and ensuring a smoother delivery every time. They are made of 300gsm heavy duty board so there is less chance of the board piercing.
Will my plants arrive in excellent condition?
That’s our goal! The new packaging has been developed to protect plants during transit by keeping them upright, separated, and cushioned throughout the journey. We want every order to arrive looking healthy and in excellent condition, just as it left the nursery.
Can I choose different packaging options?
At the moment, all orders are sent using our new perfect packaging - designed to suit a variety of plant sizes and pot types. It’s our all-in-one solution for safe, attractive, and sustainable delivery. As we expand, we may offer more packaging options for gifts or custom orders.
What are the boxes made from?
Each plant shipping box is made from durable corrugated cardboard using recycled materials. They’re strong enough to withstand the rigours of the delivery process while remaining lightweight and easy to recycle.
