The Thai Birds Eye chilli plant produces small, hot fruits commonly found in Ethiopia and across Southeast Asia. It is used extensively in many Asian, Chinese and Mexican dishes.
The fruits are pungent and full of flavour. This variety is very easy to grow and does well in most situations; however, it is best grown in a greenhouse or conservatory.
Plant in rich, well-drained soil in full sun and feed regularly.
