This plant produces pink/mauve flowers in summer. It grows into a mound and has a slight prostrate habit. The leaves of this variety have a mild thyme flavour. Add the leaves or sprigs of this plant to stews, sauces, salads, pork, chicken, roast potatoes and marinades. Plant in poor, well-drained soil in full sun.
