This clump forming variety has aromatic, crinkly, slightly rounded leaves. It has an excellent spearmint flavour.
Add the fresh leaves to iced drinks, salads, fruit salads, peas and potatoes. It is also great for making mint sauce, mint jelly, mint pulp and mint tea.
Plant in fertile, rich, moist soil in full sun/part shade.
