Perhaps one of the most widely grown mints for general kitchen use. This variety of mint has sweet tasting leaves with a strong mint fragrance. It is perfect for using in soups, salads with new potatoes or peas and as the name suggests it makes a great mint sauce to accompany roast lamb.
Plant in moist, rich soil in full sun/ part shade.
