This plant is slightly more robust and quicker growing then blue borage.
It produces lots of striking, white star shaped flowers all summer. The flowers can be added to ice cubes, tossed in salads or crystallised for cake decoration.
They can be dipped in food colouring for a selection of different colours.
The leaves have a cool cucumber flavour and can be added to salads, cold summer drinks, cream cheese and yoghurt.
Plant in well-drained, light soil in full sun.
