This aromatic plant is known for its strong lemon aroma and flavour.
It produces white to pink flowers in summer and is often described as similar to lemon thyme with a hint of spice.
Add the fresh leaves to rich meat dishes, fish, vegetables, pulses, stews and salads.
Plant in fairly poor, well-drained soil in full sun.
