Balm: Lemon Balm All Gold

Also known as sweet balm. This variety is highly fragrant with a heavenly lemon scent and foliage that is more yellow then green.
It is ideal for planting in tubs and pots. Small flowers appear mid to late summer.

Add the leaves to flavour salads, soups, sauces, stuffing, jams, game and fish. Add chopped leaves into hot water to make a refreshing tea or mix the leaves with soft cheeses.
Plant in rich, fertile soil in full sun/part shade.
