This fairly unusual variety of mint has shiny green leaves with a strong, sweet eucalyptus scent.
It is decorative and highly aromatic, producing whorls of pale pink flowers in summer.
Add the fresh leaves to desserts and summer drinks. The fresh leaves can also be added to hot water to make tea.
Plant in fertile, rich soil in full sun/part shade.
