This variety is an exotic mint with dark green leaves and a pleasant, sharp, spearmint-like mint flavour and scent. It combines the coolness of peppermint with a hint of sweetness and a subtle spicy kick.
Add the fresh leaves to spring rolls, salads and couscous, stir fries and curries.
Plant in fertile, rich, moist soil in full sun/part shade.
