Hardy perennial.
Wild Strawberry (also known as Alpine Strawberry) produces an abundance of sweet, small, red fruits that have an outstanding flavour like no other. The plant will spread quite quickly by producing runners. The fruits mature from July to September and are excellent added to desserts, jams, juices and bakery products.
Plant in rich, fertile soil in part shade to dappled shade.
