This plant is a relatively new mint that was produced in the South East of England in 2015. It is a variegated form of English lamb mint.
It has a sharp flavour, which makes it ideal for cooking with lamb or fish and excellent in mint sauce and mint jellies. Add the fresh leaves to decorate summer salads.
Plant in fertile, rich soil in full sun/part shade.
