HARDY PERENNIAL. Ht 1.5m. This variety will produce delicious, flavoursome green feathery leaves. It can be used as an additional seasoning for pork, lamb, poultry, fish and stuffings.
Add finely chopped leaves sprinkled over salads, cooked vegetables, in soups and the stems add an extra crunch to summer salads. The seeds are used to flavour bread, biscuits and sausages. The flower heads are used to flavour capers.
Plant in rich, fertile, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade.
